I walked into the restaurant and handed in my resume. After this, I received a call from one of the managers asking for me to come in and interview. Once I interviewed, they called back a few days later and offered the job. I only met with one manager, and then a general manager later on. The process was fairly easy, and they made me feel comfortable.
