I made it to the first round of interviews, which involved background knowledge questions about myself, career progression questions, and behavioural questions. I felt the interview went well, the interviewer was engaged and seemed willing to discuss how the interview process would continue. However, I sent to follow-up emails (over the course of 2 weeks) enquiring about the interview and application process, and I never received a reply.
