We use something called a PRIDE Model, we critique and use this tool for performance reviews. Very simple stuff, for interviews, phone and in person. Just be yourself and show you have the Passion to do the job and show off alot of enthusiasm but also take things seriously. We will teach you everything, but if you cant show the effort we wont bother

The interview process went very well. I spoke with the regional manager after she recruited me from a current store with another brand. She had great insight and was honest about opportunities in the store.
