Standard interview process, definitely important to have sales experience & understanding of upselling tactics to meet standard metrics such as : UPT, DPT, EMAC etc. Also I'd add that it's important to emphasize any customer service skills you have. Customer service is something this company prides themeselves on. Overall it's a couple things they're looking for, sales-minded employees, great customer service, & problem solvers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

At our store we try want to sell multi's (multiple pair of shoes) or keep UPT of atleast 3 (units per transaction) if a customer wants to try/buy a shoe, what are some tatics that you can use to ensure that they purchase either another shoe or accessory?
