Waited 35 minutes for someone. Sat in a room for another 15 minutes for the employer. Came in and asked a few questions and said we will keep in touch.

What do you know about recruiting and what can you bring to the table.
First they arranged a HR call, followed by an interview with the hiring/ reporting manager, then lastly a panel interview with the skip level (don't really remember who). All Teams virtual interview.
The interview was online. It was a screening. It was quick. They asked me some basic questions about my experience and education. It lasted for about 30 minutes. They said they would get back to me about a second interview.

The interview process went very well although I waited 2 hours just to be interviewed, somehow we managed to finish it and get called again for another interview which was due the day after
