One phone interview with hiring manager and one face to face interview with HR manager. After offer was made- there was no negotiation- attitude was like take it or leave it! HR managers unprofessional
Questions are situationally focused and expect you to use the STAR method for responding. They asked questions that were focused around their various leadership value and principles such as collaboration, integrity, business decision make, etc.
