It took 2 months in total from initial phone screen to verbal offer. Written offer and finalization of the hiring occurred over the next month. Multiple rounds of interviews including shadowing, presentation, and meeting the team.

Had one virtual interview that was just recording my answers to 5 questions. Didn't love the format and think it really isn’t a great way to get to know a candidate but that’s just my opinion. I didn’t hear anything and finally a month/6weeks later my application status changed to “no longer being considered”.
