Interviewed with a recruiter, then a video interview, and finally a panel interview with three J&J employees. Overall the interview process wasn’t too bad. I was told I did not get an offer because I’m a registered nurse and they could not understand why I would want to get away from (bedside) nursing (interesting, because they only asked one question about this during the interview; it did not seem to be a point of contention). This tells me you have never worked in bedside nursing, and kind of a strange rationale given that I support patients for a living….
