First contact with HR 2 weeks after submission. One week later contact with planner of local team to schedule 2nd round of interviewing.
Interview with local managers took 2,5 hours in total. 1,5 hours of Q&A and 1 hour of preparing a case and presenting the outcome

applied online, this was followed by a short conversation with HR. After that there was an interview with the hiring managers and also an assessments. Total interview time was 2,5h.

3) Skype with Manager, Repeated questions regarding why moving from management back to monitoring ; do I still have monitoring skills after being in CRA management; technology ability; preparation for a monitoring visit; able to take direction from a Manager After being a Manager; how conduct a routine monitoring visit; ability to travel; would I ever consider working in management again; possible 3rd interview
