I received a phone call and email from a recruiter about a six month contract role. The recruiter told me that had a position for a financial analyst paying $26.00 per hour, I replied that I wasn't interested and my background was on a senior level - managerial, the rate would be considerably below my requirement. The recruiter sent another email offering $38.00 then followed up with several phone calls.

First round was HireVue 5 questions video interview. Second round was one hour panel interview with 3 managers. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. The panelist were pretty easy going.

The interview was a recorded interview consisting for 5 different questions. The process take about 20 minutes. You have three different chances to answer each question before submitting. It was an easy interview overall and you can control when to complete within the four day opening.
