Entrevista
1. Initial HR Interview:
A preliminary discussion with the HR representative to assess your overall fit for the company.
2. Three Rounds of Interviews:
Round 1: Interview with the Team Lead.
Round 2: Interview with the Directors.
Round 3: Final interview with the Directors.
FORMAT - Each round will feature role-specific questions to evaluate your skills and experience.
The questions will be structured as a one-on-one conversation.
Additionally, questions will be aimed at understanding your alignment with company culture.
1) great people (mostly), (2) slow and consensus style decision making (is time-consuming). (3) a combination of individual 1:1 and panel-style interviews (4) some phases are more responsive, some have long periods of silence/no action/no response (either way)

Entrevista
Fast process and clear communication. Was not asked to wait a long time and they were fast with letting me know that I wasn’t moving onto next round. Some tech issues at the beginning on their end.
