Very personable , direct open questioning , more designed to to ensure a good fit rather than a competition. The interview was relaxed and we discussed how to win business ins challenging environment and discussed how best to design a sales team around applying different functions to the same territory in order to make the best effort in utilising time and resources effectively.

The interview process was simple. I was sent a link to answer 3 questions via video. I had 2 attempts to answer the questions. It was timed, but you have time in between questions to think through your answer before you begin recording.
