I attended a Super Hire Day for interviews. On that day, close to 20 people interviewed for finance positions all throughout the company. You interviewed with 5 different hiring managers each for 45 minutes. Long day. The interviews were STAR based: situation, action, outcome, etc.

Presented a financial situation and you had to state what would the general ledger accounts (debit/credit) that would be impacted.
First round was HireVue 5 questions video interview. Second round was one hour panel interview with 3 managers. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. The panelist were pretty easy going.

The interview was a recorded interview consisting for 5 different questions. The process take about 20 minutes. You have three different chances to answer each question before submitting. It was an easy interview overall and you can control when to complete within the four day opening.
