Informal, then formal with competencies. Then real world scenarios followed by a practical demonstration of project management skills with existing staff. Split up into 3 separate parts but all on the same day.

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
