First phone call and then in person 1/2 hour interview. Panel of 3-4 senior level managers who had the openings. If selected into the next round you spend a day with the group members to know the team and and for them to review your skills. Also gave a tour of the facility

Behavioral and scientific questions based on experience. Pretty easy
It went very long, had a few questions that tripped me up but overall pleasant experience, not too many technical question. Towards the end the conversation became light and was just making conversation about the whole scope of operations based on the needs of the job description.

One interview with the managers and directors from the department for a position as associate scientist via interim (Randstad Professionals). This interview was mainly focused on personal interests and knowledge.
