It was a fast process. First, it was a phone interview with HR. Basic behavioural questions and to get information on expected salary and employment status. Within 1 week, you will be notify if you succeed and move on to the 2nd stage of online zoom interview with a group of candidates, HR, and the department manager. Second interview is also behavioural questions and situational questions. Be sure to research about the general background of the company. They will ask a question and each of the candidate will get the chance to talk. They will notify you by the end of that day if you succeed and arrange you to the case presentation interview the next day. The case presentation interview is quite tough. You will need to work with a few of the other candidate on a case presentation. You will get 1 hr of discussion time and 15 mins to present. The case presentation topic and info will be explained by the HR on the spot. You can ask them question to gain more information during the discussion time. If you succeed, they will notify you within 1 day and arrange the final interview.
