I applied through my school and also online, and was selected for a 1-on-1 interview at my school. The interviewer asked all behavioral questions, even though I was applying for a technical position. All of the questions were pretty standard: "tell us about a hardship you have overcome", "tell us about a time when you demonstrated leadership ability", etc.
