Entrevista
I was taken to three different interviews. The first two contained general questions about my education such as my university and lectures. The recruiter had also asked about the level of my foreign language knowledge, and my abroad and internship experiences. The recruiter asked how I planned to commit to the work.It was quite relaxing. In the second Interview I met with the head of the Pharmacovigilance Team. She examined my knowledge about Pharmacovigilance.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
