Very friendly interview process. Started with a mostly useless HR call of "Rate yourself in these keyword on a scale of 1-10". Eventually a call with the dev manager. The call consisted of an introduction to the company and a bit of their process. I was then asked to talk about my technical experience and job history.
In-person interview was done on-site. Sat down with the Director, a BA, PM, and another Senior dev (more of a lead role). Consisted of more discussion on experience. Only one technical question which I stumbled on (having never thought about it before) but got correct after some thought and a lot of "uuuuuuh"s.
Was declined an offer with the feedback that I had more mobile dev than web application dev, and they wanted more focus on web application dev. This was definitely due to me answering their question of "Tell us about a project you really enjoyed working on". I answered with a mobile dev project because I rarely was able to work on mobile apps (about 80/20 split of my time), so I really enjoyed it when I did.
