From what I have heard the hiring process is much different now. When I interviewed 7 years ago it was a 5 minute ordeal since back then your reputation pretty much guaranteed you the position. In fact I was asked 1 question: "Why do you want this job?" At which I simply stated "I want to be responsible for millions of dollars worth of PGM inventory and not afraid to make a tough call". End result.....HIRED!

It was great. I applied for Process control engineer but they offer me Washcoat Engineer. Onsite interview with other two candidates, the whole process took a week. Make sure you have projects to share and ask questions related to the production line as much as you can.

Spoke to a recruiter at my career fair. Interviewed about a month or so later at their plant in Wayne, PA. They provided breakfast and lunch while they described the company, via a presentation, and the position. The day lasted about 5 or 6 hours.
