Video interview followed by face-to-face interview, presentation and facilities tour. My face-to-face interview felt quite relaxed and I enjoyed talking to the interviewers about the technology they were working on, learning numerous things in a short discussion. After weeks without a response, I pressured for a response and was notified I had been shortlisted, but still haven't heard back. Not sure if it's down to a lack of communication between departments or an incompetent HR team, but communication is slow and as others have mentioned, they will not respond to any queries regarding travel compensation after the interview.

It was an online video interview. Very welcoming and friendly interviewers with positive and professional approach. A pleasant atmosphere was created during the whole interview and they avoided cliche questions as much as possible, which made the experience even better.
