Very basic interview process Meeting with two managers who works there for 10 and 20 years. Everything went well apart from the lack of follow up email or consideration. They made me come, meet with them and never answered my emails or voicemessages after an hour face to face interview. This is extremely unprofessional knowing I was referred by another employee. Definitely, no respect and consideration from a customer service department.
