They asked core instrumentation questions—covering sensors, transmitters, PLC basics, PID control, HART protocol, calibration procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. They also touched on my academic projects and internships. 3. Technical + Managerial Interview (In-person/Video): This round was more detailed. It included: Scenario-based questions (e.g., “If a level transmitter fails in a live plant, what will you do?”) A few basic questions on DCS/SCADA systems and safety practices in hazardous areas. The manager also asked about teamwork, communication skills, and handling tight deadlines on-site. There was also Hr round after this but I was not selected.
