The interview was held in JCI office. Technical round was quiet easy. They has few slots. They contacted through mails and calls. communication was quiet good. Even HR was supportive.

The conversation focused mainly on general HR-style and competency-based questions, such as my background, motivation for the role, teamwork experiences, and how I handle challenges, rather than deep technical topics.
