I had someone call me and leave a message. I then had a follow up email scheduling me for an interview. I actually never talk to anyone. I did ask about the turn over rate during the interview process and found out that they were not forthcoming to me. I was ready and quit after two months and thought I had made a terrible mistake taking this job. I realize now that I did in fact make a terrible mistake. I should of left then. Several people have quit because of the way JCI treats their employees. Especially the manager. She's terrible. I've reported her to HR because of the verbal abuse she put me through and actually nothing happen. Then she retaliated against me. I received a call the next day saying they were interested in me and they asked me if I was interested in the job. I said I was. By Friday they offered me the job. It was the easiest interview I've ever had.
