Two People Team leader and Installation Manager take you to a conference room they ask you series of Questions a few technical and personal questions example technical questions ,ohms law questions
hvac specific questions, computer questions like mirosoft excel and visio.
Some personal questions about you your family.You fill out a application fill out back ground paper work and do a drug test.

Entrevista
I was approached by the company. The screening must have went well because I was told to expect a call in a week for a more formal interview. I never heard back from them.
Interview process was a few rounds, mainly over the phone. The interviewer was extremely nice and asked basic questions on relating my work experience to the Johnson Controls work that I would be doing.
