The interveiw process was extremely simple; they just want to see how you interact with team members and if you fit into the culture. For my first interview, they took me out to lunch.

Started with a phone call/interview, then a zoom call with the hiring manager, then an in-person interview where you had to do a presentation on HVAC refrigeration cycles. Overall, it was a good experience. I made it to the final interview but did not receive an offer.
