They hunt you down for phone interview multiple times a day. Then you're not hired. Waste of time. The recruiter was very short on his opening speach,, he was not informative at all. Like he wasn't into his job at all.

Internal interviewing practices are a joke with no standardized cadence. Half the time you are treated like an outside candidate by HR. No communication on decisions leaves a bad taste as an internal candidate.

The interview process was online with 2 stages. 1 with manager and another with General Manager. I didn't have to take any leave since they are located overseas. Had a few negotiations until we closed the deal.
