A panel interview with three employees. Asked about experience, strengths, weaknesses, and why I wanted to work there. The interview was pretty short and straightforward. The employees were able to share a lot of their experiences as well. It was more of a discussion and not intimidating.

Second round interview. The manager was nice. I don’t think I connected well with the team therefore I don’t think it would’ve worked well in the long run. They were cool though
