The entire process took about a month. I had a total of 5 interviews with 6 different people. 4 of the 5 interviews were telephone interviews. They lasted less than 30 minutes. The interviews were mainly casual conversations. They asked me to talk about my background and experiences and they went into great detail about the job. 1 of the phone interviews was a casual conversation but they threw in some behavioral based questions (Tell me about a time when...). 1 of the interviews was an in-person interview with 2 people. That lasted about an hour and a half. Again, I went over my background and past employment.
