3 Phone Interviews (recruiting, US Hiring Manager & European Leadership team member); a 3-hour on-site interview (at the end of the interview, the hiring manager got up from the table, turned his back and with one finger in the air said "we'll be in touch") and NO follow-up from the recruiting team. I had to e-mail them multiple times and finally got a no thanks response after 30 days! Great conversation with the European leadership team; the only reason why I accepted the on-site invitation.
