Had interview with HR aimed at knowing the candidate and understanding the motivation for the role and company. Personality test was done before moving to the next step.
Later on I was interviewed by the former Head of Operations to understand my personal situation and review my professional history and experiences
As final round, I met the local CEO
Process too more than 3 months and the process progressed different from how it was originally explained by HR
