Talked to an old co-worker who said that JCI was hiring. Got a referral link through hi. Applied on a Thursday, HR reached out Friday, interviewed Monday. Super fast process overall, they did tell me I had an offer but then said never mind there is more interviews, so that sucked, but seemed like just a mistake. Interviewed with a recruiter, my manager, a group of managers, and then finally one more manager who couldn't make the panel interview. Got offered the day after the last interview. All the interviews were not technical, just talked through projects and what I had done in the past. No real gotcha questions, just chatted which was very nice.
