Entrevista
I submitted an application and received an email to setup a phone interview less than 2 weeks later. Had a phone interview with Director. After asking explicitly if I would be notified if I made it to in-person interview or not I was assured that "yes, absolutely" I would be contacted one way or another within 2 weeks. I was not contacted.

Straight forward group interview. All went well into the Director walked in and proceeded to ask questions that he got straight out of a book, or some seminar that he must have recently attended.
