A simple friendly interview, face to face . I felt it conveyed that the company values its staff. I have accepted a job offer now but I have started yet.
The interview was a straight forward process. A quick conversation in personal with recruiter at their office to explore previous work and personal situation in a fairly casual manor. PPE discussed.
