Initial telephone screening done with Mr. Perez. After answering Mr. Perez's questions, he instructed me to look at his site & write him if still interested in the position. After looking @ the site, I wrote back expressing interest. He didn't respond back in writing or phone call. When I called him to follow-up, he was extremely rude to me indicating I took too long to write (it was the next day after our phone conversation). He then abruptly told me they were looking at other candidates. Bad impression of this comp. because of his lack of tact, didn't thank me for applying & general unprofessional phone skills.
