Applied online, completed a situational test before being put through to the next stage. Final round was a group interview, but it ended being two of us because the rest of the candidates didn’t turn up; and a one to one interview.

Group interview in groups of 5 coming up with ideas for possible christmas events at John Lewis. You had to come up with ideas for what food would be served and what activities people could take part in while ensuring that these activities would work in the setting of a John Lewis store.

Big group interview, followed by a one to one fast paced timed (5 min) interview. In the group interview, asked to come up with ideas for a charity event. The one to one consists of a few set questions you are asked and your answers recorded, there's no discussion and it is timed so feels quite intense.
