Stood up and ghosted by recruiter. Recruiter reached out to schedule an initial screening call, confirmed the time, and I made sure I was prepared and on early. The recruiter never showed up to the call. I followed up multiple times before and after the interview and never received a response. Really disappointing experience, especially from a company with such a strong reputation. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it raises concerns about the culture and professionalism internally as well.

very easy process to start with, they will ask about your expernince , your current employee status, when did you start working and why you are leaving. You have to be quiet, calm, and responsd quickly to get an offer
