Talked with current manager, then talked to boss. 2 separate interviews, first was pretty informal and second was formal, but both were just 1-on-one. then was hired on as a temp to make sure i would fit in well, and had a 3 month review established. After 3 month review, was given benefits and full salary pay.

Phone screen with recruiter after submitting resume online, reached out via email to schedule ahead of time about w week after I submitted my resume. Recruiter called on time and the call lasted about 30 min
