I was called to North Carolina for the interviews. Awesome green plant it was! There were three rounds of interview. All the rounds were behavioral and questions were mainly based on your past experiences. Questions like tell us about a situation when you faced difficulty in convincing your team mates and how your overcame it, tell about your biggest achievement, your leadership experience, where your shown your technical excellence..etc..Staff was very welcoming. Key is to remain cool and talk relevant. ATB!
