The process was pretty easy. Deere came to campus for the career fair and I talked to them then. A few days later I got an on campus interview and then an on-site interview.

The technical interview was friendly. Questions were about previous job-relevant projects. Most of the basic technical questions were covered. Thesis related questions were asked in some detail. A little bit of programming questions.
