My internal experience was interesting. You need to have plenty of STAR experiences memorized so that you can share how you would handle situations. There are many to study from and the library internally will help tremendously. The experience I had was great, and it was very nice to get to know others in different locations and what they are looking for, so overall it was a positive experience.

Painless, I had a phone interview followed by an on site interview. I believe their method is the STAR method. The interview was easy and the interviewers were very kind.

It was overall good. John Deere is employee driven company. Employee can add more value to the company & develop own skill by leveraging current availability of John Deere technology
