Relaxed and made me feel, at ease with three interviewers asking focussed questions on core area's like good communication, problem solving, good customer service and delivering a quality service. I was also asked about previous employment and things like that.

The application process consisted of just the interview, I was put forward for the position by my work coach and it was for an apprenticeship role, which meant I didn’t have to go through the usual steps for that role. The interview itself was very easy, they made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling very happy with how it went.
