Interview with founder Everyone I spoke to was polite and asked reasonable questions. However, there was some serious lack of communication. I went through the whole interview process only to be ghosted in the end. After the home assignment, the recruiter even told me she would already prepare the offer while inviting me for a chat with the co-founder of the company. I invested time & energy into the interview process and would have appreciated a short rejection message.
