I had 3 interviews. The first one was an introduction about me: my (professional) experience, strengths and weaknesses, and more. Then I had a second interview with psycho-technical tests (video call) I also had a third interview (Final Boss) with 2 responsible people: Customer Care and People and Culture, where again I talked about myself and gave examples of complicated moments and how I solved them, among other subjects (in person) Overall the whole recruitment procedure was excellent. The feedback was given quickly, the atmosphere in video call or in person was relaxed, simple, comfortable and friendly!
