We're very sorry that you had a negative experience with our application process. To address your concerns: for some of our positions, including Marketing, we do ask for experience because, otherwise, we would be putting you in a position where you would not be able to perform your work to the best of your ability. Although applicants are always welcome to try another position that is not as demanding with regards to experience. Regarding the job description, we purposely leave it out since we are looking for a specific combination of skills and traits that match what our clients are looking for. Because we won't know what client an applicant will be matched with until the very last stage of the process, we cannot be more specific until an applicant gets to the more advanced stages of the process.
