Very lengthy, be prepared for what I can only imagine is what interviewing for the FBI must be like. I was given an initial phone interview, followed by two face to face interviews. Both interviews went really well, however, I felt that as soon as candidate to employer questions were asked during the second interview, it wasn't taken as a proactive step in landing the job.
