I got a call from the HR and we talked on the phone for couple of minutes and at the end we scheduled the first interview date. There where 2 separate interviews, 1 each week. First one was a professional interview, second was a personal interview with the site manager, in which you'll get the offer*, they ask for your opinion on that matter. *(I heard that they make the offer on the phone after as well)
