I sat down with a manager at one of the tables. He appeared to be strung out as he asked me for a copy of my license and SSN card. We quickly went over the duties and responsibilities that would not be required of me, and then I was informed that I would be phoned with details relating to the next step of the interview process. When I received the phone call, I was asked if I would be able to come into the store to work a shift.

I turned my application on online and I got called a couple hours later. I sat up an appointment for the following Monday. When i came in they told me one other person was in front of me and to sit down. I could overhear the other persons interview and I knew what was coming to me by the time my interview started. Basically, they said that at this location they didn't need more of that position and that he was going to transfer my application to a different store.

You introduce yourself and the hiring manager introduces him/herself, than they promptly give you rules, dress-code, how to maintain a sanitary environment, safety rules, and how to become part of the team. Then they give you a knowledge test on the menu item to see if you can remember the menu correctly and precisely.

Entrevista
It was pretty easy. She asked a few questions about my availability and why I wanted to work there. And then she told me about the tattoo and piercing policy. I got hired on the spot.
