The Manager interviewed me and explained to me the aspects of the job and how things worked within the store. I basically already got the job, he just wanted to know my hours and such.

Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.
